Treatment is available to children and young people at all of our clinics.
Chiropractors have treated children in the course of their general practice since the inception of the chiropractic profession. Pediatric education appeared in the curriculum of some chiropractic colleges as early as 1915. The principle which underpins all effort in pediatric health care and which fits comfortably into the chiropractic paradigm is best summed up by Behrman and Vaughan (1969): ‘The goal in the medical management of the child is to permit him or her to come into adulthood at the optimal state of development.’
